The Cloud has one of the lowest scores on our quality tests due to a flimsy feel with hard plastic seats, and a design that seems dated. It is also more expensive than other lightweight strollers. This is a bad option for parents looking for the cheapest option.

It's not the tiniest stroller, but it comes with enough features to be worth considering. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with little effort, unlike many other lightweight strollers that veer off course when trying to do the similar thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage, however; it's nearly at knee height, and not adjustable. During testing, we found that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider, and then press the large white button. This can be frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of kids at the same time.

The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that can be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is narrow, and you may need to store something inside to reach the back. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray, each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a fairly barebones lightweight double stroller that's great for travel. It weighs just 18 pounds, which is lighter than some single strollers. and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also has independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have peekaboo windows and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of different heights. It also has an integrated one-step parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.

The swivel wheel feature of Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller doesn't accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and possess an excellent neck control to use the front seat. The stroller has an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat comes with a cupholder and snack tray.

Another stroller that is extremely light is the Valco Baby Snap Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) It's pretty comparable to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it does have some key distinctions. It's also a bit more expensive, but it offers greater maneuverability and the largest sun canopy. It comes with a convenient strap for carrying and can hold children weighing up to 44 pounds per seat.

Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

If you're seeking a stroller which is lightweight but also loaded with features look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at 13 pounds, but it comes with plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket, a parent storage pocket, and more. The stroller can also be used with a child's seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easy to engage.
