WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boost to certain stats. Each upgrade increases item level by +3. Each upgrade also boosts the random substatus.

Upgraded gear is generally more useful, unless the Item level upgrade has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like the eth Titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the necessity to roll for a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader lets players upgrade their gear by giving the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of weapon or armor. However, the item used to upgrade will remain in use for a long time and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be applied to Enchantments.

You can upgrade your equipment at any time by visiting the upgrader in any major city. To ensure that your equipment is up-to-date it is recommended that you visit the upgrader each couple of weeks.

Upgrades will cost more depending on the level of the item but they will always be less expensive than purchasing new equipment. For example, upgrading a chest piece from Benthic to ilvl 385 will cost 20 recycle points, while buying a similar item from another player will costs 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that can be used to purchase tools, armor, weapon, and accessory upgrades. They are purchased by players from item upgrader NPCs in exchange for various currencies, and can also be found in random treasure lists. Once purchased, an upgrade can be used on any tool, weapon or armor. button, which will show a preview of the item level upgrade when it is upgraded when the player has enough materials.

The cost of upgrades varies based on the slot of the item and current item upgrading level as well as the level of the weapon, which is more than gloves or bracers for example. Crests
