What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds a new widget at the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. The Manager is priced at 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no other benefit to the game, aside from making it easier to buy upgrades.

Boosts

Upgrades to an item are an intricate process that requires time. Based on the magnitude of the upgrade, it could take as long as 8 hours. The upgraded item's base stats are calculated based on the item's new ilvl bonus, perks, as well as other properties. Another method to increase the chances of an upgrade succeeding is by using an item called Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version of it.
