item upgrader upgrading allows players to increase the gear score of an item up to 700 and also add a final perk. Items can be upgraded by keeping them in inventory and heading to the kiln.

Certain items can be upgraded to benefit from their unique stats (like a perfectly made breakpoint armour that can be rolled to use in melee PvP) while others like weapons don't change much post upgrade, and therefore aren't worth upgrading.

Weapons

Weapons can be upgraded to improve their numeric stats such as damage to attack, crit chance PvE and damage to PvP. Weapons have a flat-rate bonus that increases damage per second. A lot of weapons also have an unaffected bonus that is activated when three or more identical weapons are placed in a single unit. This bonus can sometimes exceed the damage a weapon upgrade alone can do.

The cost of upgrading a weapon varies on its rarity and level. For example, an +2 weapon will require two regular Smithing Stones while a+3 requires four. The number of stones required to upgrade a gun will increase until it requires an upgrade to a higher level of Smithing Stones. At that point, it will reset back to one.

Upgraded weapons can also alter their base stats. This is usually a positive aspect, but it may also have negative effects. Upgrades can make items inaccessible, unless you're exceptionally lucky.

The ability to upgrade armor items to increase their stats. This can increase the defense of a helm or chest, while belts and gloves will boost their required strength and agility. Armor has a rerolling option for its Enhanced Defense%. This means that it is able to roll down to a lower value.

The upgrade template for a weapon shows the new stats it will gain when upgraded, along with their relative values. A weapon can also be rerolled by pressing the green button with arrows that circle in the menu for items. The Best item upgrader will be rerolled and alter its stats, but it will not reset the weapon's level or bind it to account status.

Armor

A few upgrades to your armor can make a huge difference in your ability to survive. Certain sets offer massive increases in resistance to curses, poison fire, magic, and other. This makes it easier to get through difficult terrains. The more defense your character has, the more value you get from every point of health, so it's important to upgrade your armor as much as possible.

To upgrade your armor, go to any of the Great Fairy Fountains in the game. There are four in total each of which requires you to complete a unique side-quest involving the Stable Trotters musical troupe. Once you've completed the primary side quest and completed the fountain in question you'll be able to contact any Great Fairy to open up the armor upgrade menu.

Each piece of armor can be upgraded up to three levels and the amount of materials and Rupees needed for each level will differ. In general, you're looking at anything from three to ten Red Chuchu Jellies and 10 Rupees for the first upgrade, then anywhere between five Rubies and ten Fire-Breath Lizalfos Horns for each subsequent one. The Champion Leathers, for example can be upgraded to a 5 defense rating, which will allow you to stay ahead in frigid environments with a large group of adversaries. The Snowquill Headdress, on the other side, can be upgraded to +20 defense, which means you can survive a raid with friends.

You can't upgrade your armor in the same way as weapons. If you're playing as a Warrior it is Best item upgrader to focus on upgrading your armor for physical strength or the power of spells. It's also worth saving your armor upgrades for the armor you'll wear at the end of the game, like the Ring of Lightning and Spectral Shield, or the helmet you wear for the final boss fight and the Monter Parts Merchant's mask.

You can also get some benefits to your armor by presenting the jeweler in Gerudo Town 10 Twinkling Titanite. Generally, you'll want to save these upgrades for the weapon you'll use to win the game such as the Longsword, Battleaxe or Warhammer, but it can be beneficial to have a few improvements to the chest armor and helmets that allow you to stealth around some monsters.

Potions

Potions are liquid substances that, when consumed give the player a temporary status effect. There are five different types of potions, each with specific effects and durations. Certain potions can be upgraded, enhancing the effectiveness of their effects. Alternatively the effects of certain potions can be enhanced by adding glowstone dust or redstone to them.

Upgrades to potion cost a certain amount of XP. This can be earned by making them using a craft table or in an chest of the Alchemist. The upgrade price varies depending on the type of potion as well as the item upgrading's rarity as well as Mark Level.

To upgrade a potion, click right on it in your inventory and select the "Upgrade" option from the menu. This opens an GUI where you can select the potions you wish to upgrade and the amount of XP they'll give you when upgraded. Finally, there are simmering potions that are made using dragon breath and splash potions. In the same way, a lingering potion effect can be extended by adding redstone to it. The table of potion ingredients has been rearranged to look more like the Java Edition. New potions are also added, like the potion of leaping as well as decomposition.

Trinkets

A trinket can be a small, inexpensive ornament or piece of jewelry. It could be a reference to an object or ornament that serves a function but isn't particularly significant, such as a thimble. In some cultures a trinket is a way to express affection or friendship between family members.

If Haste and Crit are two of the most important stats to a tank player and they want to upgrade their chest, helm and shoulders.

Trinkets can be upgraded to a higher ilvl once they are no longer useful and the new trinket will have an additional bonus of 1% for upgrading. Re-upgrading will destroy the trinket unless it can be salvaged using the Black Lion Salvage Kit, or a salvage tool. This makes upgrading trinkets more expensive than other upgrades, but is still cheaper than buying a new one.
